The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo at Beachwalk Resort in Miami is a luxurious and spacious accommodation designed to provide guests with the ultimate beachfront living experience.

IT IS IMPORTANT to review and agree with everything described in "Other things to note".

A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

During your stay, you’ll have access to all resort amenities in the building:

- BEACH SERVICE - Beachwalk Resort Hallandale
* Beach service includes 2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella per unit.

- SERVICE HOURS:
Available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weather permitting.

- BEACH LOCATION:
Provided off-site, about a 5-minute walk from the building (the resort is not directly on the beach).
Access: Show your Beachwalk wristband or room key to the attendant.
*Included in Resort Fee: No additional payment required at the beach.

- NO RESERVATIONS:
First come, first served—limited availability during peak hours.‹* Included in resort fee (paid directly at check-in).‹

- POOL (Open from sunrise until sunset):
The pool at Beachwalk Resort is a stunning waterfront oasis overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. It features a spacious sundeck, comfortable loungers, and lush tropical surroundings, making it the perfect spot to relax, swim, or soak up the sun in a serene, resort-style atmosphere.

- GYM:
Modern fitness center equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and strength-training equipment. Bright and spacious, it features large windows with natural light and a clean, comfortable environment - ideal for keeping up with your workout routine during your stay.

- CAFE:
Beachwalk Bistro, a casual on-site café offering fresh, flavourful meals throughout the day - perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a light dinner, all in a relaxed and convenient setting.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 or older to book and stay at the property.

UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:
(Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice):

1. Resort Fee $30 + tax per night*
2. Valet Parking $28 + tax per night
3. Security Deposit of $250 to cover any incidental costs in your unit.**
ⓘ Please note: The resort manages these rates, and they may update them without immediate reflection on our listing.

*Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee.

**Additionally, all guests will be required to sign a check-in form upon arrival.
Credit card and ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hotel front desk will place a hold of $250 on your credit card at the time of check in. Security deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank.

For stays longer than that, please contact the resort directly to get most up-to-date rates.

While we would love to accommodate early check-ins, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability. However, we will do our best to ensure that your check-in process is as smooth as possible.

If you need a little extra time to enjoy your stay, we offer a late check-out option for a fee of $120 for an additional 2 hours, based on availability. Please confirm this option with a STAY TODAY representative at least 1 day before your check-out date.

- Service Animal Policy: Please note that pets are not allowed in the unit. Only verified service animals wearing their identifying vests are permitted within the building. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged at the Front Desk for guests accompanied by a service animal.

- Pool is open from sunrise till dusk.

- Our property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Please be aware that out of these 8 guests, we can only host a maximum of 6 adults.

- Please Keep Doors & Windows Closed
To maintain A/C performance and prevent humidity damage, please keep windows and doors shut.

- Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. The View!

Good points:beautiful view, quick elevators (not the case in the other tower), easy to speak with owner, well equipped (aside for the glasses)Negative points: there is A LOT of people at the pool, go there early. the reserved places at the beach are far away, about 10 minutes walk from where they leave you avec you have to bring your towel.

Real decent place in a good area

The area and the apartment itself are really nice and well put together. Pretty much has everything you need for a family. Right across the street from the Walmart sell groceries were easy. Lots of security and door people not letting random people in so I was pretty secure.
