Welcome to our spacious 2-bedroom condo (1119.45 sq ft) designed for comfort and relaxation. The bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom includes double bed for a restful night's sleep. The living area includes a comfortable sofabed, accommodating additional guests. You'll find a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, along with a cozy living room to unwind after a day at the beach. This unit offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience, making it an ideal choice for your next getaway.
Resort Fees:
* Daily Fee: $40.00 + Tax
* Security Deposit Hold: $250.00 (refundable upon check-out)
* Late Check-Out after 12:00 pm: $40.00 + Tax
Valet Parking Fees:
* 1-7 Days: $35.00 + Tax per Day
* 8+ Days: $30.00 + Tax per Day
* 3 Hours: $20.00 + Tax; $8.00 + Tax for each additional hour
* 90-Day Stay: $340.00 + Tax per Month

A credit card is required upon arrival to cover the daily resort fee.

* Dress Code: Mandatory in the lobby ($100 penalty for non-compliance)
