The apartment is perfect! Let me tell you more about it... The living room is so cozy and comfy that will make you feel at home, is perfect to watch a good movie and just chill! For the ones that love to cook it has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare those special meals and feel like a chef! And please, don't worry about anything because the apartment is fully equipped with towels and bedsheets and of course a washer and a dryer. All you have to worry about is packing your swimsuit.

Elevators not reliable; high daily resort fees

The rental unit was wonderful and modern and we were very happy with the unit. However, the building itself is poorly managed and poorly maintained. The first four days of our stay we used the stairs from 18 floors up because two of the four elevators for the 43 floor building were broken and one elevator remained broken the duration of our stay. Coming down 18 floors I strained my calves and threw my back out. The other option was to wait 40 minutes for the elevator. Going up via elevator was much easier than coming down as the elevator was often already full when it arrived to our floor. The management company couldn’t care a less when we contacted them. They refused a credit for the inconvenience and said if an elevator was working then that should be fine. We will never rent from this rental company again or stay in this building again. We had daily resort fees and taxes we discovered at the end which caught us by surprise. Any questions we sent the rental company they mostly never responded. I would give them rental unit 5 stars and the building 1 star.

Need to fix the elevator

Condo was nice and as described . Dishwasher did not work. 1 of 4 elevators was inoperative. We were told by the staff it has been broken for 4 months!! That is not good . Elevator wait times took as long as 30 minutes! Ridiculous!

Nice stay

Out stay was pleasant it was a nice bldg it was clean and professionally handled, the apt was just as it was represented communication was perfect with the rental agency , unfortunately for us it was more of a vacation resort not a place to snowbird being to many people and long waits for elevator service the area was nice the owner of the apt needs to leave more cleaning material suck as a mop and a vacuum over all we would definitely stay again if we were going for a week we stayed 3

Great Condo in Hallandale Beach

We stayed in this fantastic two bedroom condo with our three children. There was plenty of room. The condo looks just like the pictures in the listing.

4 night stay

The place is very nice and comfortable, with a good bed. There was no hot water in the master suite bathroom shower. I was recovering from surgery to my ear, and it would have been nice to take a bath since I wasn't supposed to get my ear wet - but the bath tub was not working at all. No hot water in the shower, no water in the master suite bath tub. A lot of money spent for no warm water for a bath or shower.

Location and views

We absolutely loved our condo and the wrap around balcony cannot be beat. It was so nice to wake up and be able to sit out there and see the ocean, the intercoastal, watch the cars and boats go by. Modern appliances and it was super cozy and comfy. I literally felt like I was at home all week. AC works great, washer and dryer super convenient. The only thing I would say is that they need to have better housekeeping. The shower has some mold growing on the grout, which is not too bad right now, but if they don't get ahead of this, it will be horrible soon. The floors didn't look overly clean. I found a swiffer and was able to clean them myself. Also, the kitchen is lacking a few of the essential items for cooking meals, but you could make do. Finally, there is a woman at the front desk who is super rude and did little if anything to help with our check in process as we were a little early. However, there was a gentleman who stepped in when she was being so short and he went above and beyond to help us. This woman does not need to be in a customer facing role, FYI. I did see numerous complaints about the front desk and she really is the only one I had issues with. However, someone like her can make-or-break your experience. Overall, I would stay again and I would recommend. Be mindful of the hefty valet charges and daily resort fees. Not included in price...

Overall the place was beautiful. Great location, wonderful views. The master toilet was near broken, we managed. Before our visit I inquired about parking. Was informed that was 35$ a day. No, it was 70$ a day. Also asked for check in information, it was not sent until 3 hours after I checked in. The building had another set of daily fees, in which we were not disclosed until after I checked in. Beach was nice. Staff were friendly. For the total price of the parking and resort fees, I would have chosen elsewhere to stay.

Good get away

Great stay despite trafic time which probably should be expecte,huge waves and tons of sea weeds possibly from a stormy weather. Beautiful condo with great views from 18th floor. Wish there would be a vacuum for quick cleanups especially coming from the beach. Fast responses from management before reservation and during stay. Since we had a short get away the wait times and traffic times on the roads felt overwhelmed at times.
