Good location but would need more kitchen equipment

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© et propre. Nous aurions apprĂ©ciĂ© une cuisine un peu mieux Ă©quipĂ©e (ensemble de vaisselle et ustensiles pour 8 plutĂŽt que 4), ouvre-bouteille (il y en a un pour le vin uniquement, pas pour les bouteilles de biĂšre), rĂąpe Ă  fromage, linges et serviettes Ă  vaisselle, quelques condiments de base et pellicule d’emballage. Comme il n’y avait aucun linge Ă  vaisselle, peu de vaisselle et seulement 2capsules de savon Ă  lave-vaisselle, nous avons dĂ» laver le tout Ă  la main pendant la durĂ©e de notre sĂ©jour (6 nuits). Nous avons aussi eu peur de manquer de papier de toilette! Lors de notre arrivĂ©e la rĂ©ceptionniste nous a vendu une puce (30$ USD-43$ CDN)pour accĂ©der Ă  la plage par la piscine. Elle a mentionnĂ© que la puce Ă©tait nĂ©cessaire pour entrer dans l’édifice aprĂšs 19 heures le soir, ce qui Ă©tait faux puisqu’il y a un service de valet pour le stationnement (payant aussi, 10$USD/joir) De plus, il est possible d’accĂ©der Ă  la plage par un chemin adjacent a l’entrĂ©e de l’édifice et ce gratuitement! On a donc dĂ©boursĂ© ce montant pour rien. Pour rĂ©sumer, trĂšs bien situĂ© et propre mais l’appartement gagnerait Ă  avoir un peu d’amour (particuliĂšrement les salles de bain et le balcon.

Balcony was closed due to construction was really looking forward to coffee outside! I get it tho! Condo has seen better days with several items needing attention. All in all tho we enjoyed our stay. My children are ere right across the street so was a perfect location

NOT luxury. It is a nice condo but definitely not what anyone would consider luxury. Most disappointing part was the entire building is under construction and our balcony was completely inaccessible so our oceanview did not exist. We were not made aware either as I would have stayed elsewhere. Could not get any fresh air unless we went downstairs and outside as there were no other windows without being able to open the balcony door. It was quite a bummer. *listing has since been updated to inform others*

Communication with the host before check-in was fast and very helpful. I stayed alone from November 14 to December 4. The late check-in was smooth and welcoming. I paid 30 for the pool and beach chip and also used the option to purchase a monthly parking pass for 175.The apartment was clean, in great condition, and well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a dishwasher. The beach is excellent, with direct access right from the building — just amazing. I had absolutely no issues during my stay and didn’t need to contact the host at all.There was some façade renovation happening, but only from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and during that time I was at the beach or by the pool anyway, so it didn’t bother me.I would happily come back. Huge thanks to the host for a wonderful stay and great service!

The apartment is very well located, comfortable, and pleasant, which made our stay quite enjoyable. As a suggestion, the check-in and check-out times could be a bit more flexible (currently check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m.). We also noticed that the kitchen equipment was somewhat limited — there were only three plates and a few basic items were missing, such as a water jug, salad bowl, bottle opener, and kitchen towels. It would have been helpful to have clearer information about the fees for receiving packages (5 p/p) and the updated cost of valet parking. Overall, it was a good experience, with just a few small details that could easily be improved to make the stay even more comfortable.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location is nice for being right on the beach. Roku TV's in the living room and bedroom allowed you to access any of your services you might have at home. The unit is on the 3rd floor on the side of the building so you can get a small glimpse of the ocean through the trees. Overall the unit is great and the location puts you right on the beach and a Walmart is within a .5 mile walk. Karen was great for communication and very clear with instructions to access the unit before we were there which was nice. Unfortunately the building staff was not very friendly on check-in but you really only need to interact with them then. English is definitely not the primary language around this area so you'll want to expect that. Wi-Fi access only seemed to be limited to the TV, when I tried to access it using my iPad it wanted me to download an App that you had to pay per minute. It wasn't that big of a deal to us, we just used our phones. You must Valet your car every time you come or go. The area for the entrance to the building is quite small which can cause a wait and backup when you need your car. Even with the few drawbacks, Karen's unit is very nice and has great access to the beach.

Amazing property

Great beach, great property, great location

We had a great weekend trip at Hollywood Beach, Florida. The condo was great, the weather was perfect. The beach was just steps away. The property matched the online description, clean and stocked with basic necessities. It would've been helpful if there were washcloths, beach towels and extra toilet paper. We experienced a plumbing issue during our stay but the owner and team were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

Location, location, location. The straight access to the beach is the best feature of this property. Walkable to grocery store, fabulous neighbourhood, other parts of public areas. Easy access to highways, and airport. Minutes away from the Aventura mall for shopping, restaurants. All in one for a very comfortable, laid back vacation.
