The Space:

This state of the art apartment is equipped with all you will need for your perfect oceanfront vacation. Unique stay in a private residence with all the hotel amenities.



KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances, designer cabinets and eat in oversized island. Full size fridge, in wall oven and stove. There is a coffee machine, toaster, as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking a meal.



BEDROOM 1: Features a king size bed, beautiful views, TV, walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower.



BEDROOM 2: Features 2 double beds and a large work desk, TV, ample closet space and a bathroom with a bathtub.



LIVING ROOM: Features a sofa that can be converted to a bed by pushing the backrest down, TV and floor to ceiling windows with lots of natural light and views. Open concept to the kitchen with a dining table in between the spaces. The dining set has 3 chairs and there is an additional desk chair for seating.



BUILDING: This is a private residence in a luxury hotel. This means you have access to all hotel amenities with the exception of the beach chairs that are part of the attached restaurant. You will have access to the beach chairs 1 block North of the building on the beach. Beach chair and umbrella rental is $40 a day. However, we also provide chairs and 1 umbrella in our unit for your use.



PARKING: The building offers convenient valet parking for $35 a day



AMENITIES: Gym, spa, pool, hot tub, onsite dining, pool bar, concierge desk, located on the beach with easy access upon lobby exit, beach chair rentals available nearby.



NEW: Arcade room with toys, arcade machines, PS5, Nintendos, etc. $14 for an hour to enjoy.



EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you'd like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you. Please note that these are local, third party services that the managing host is assisting to arrange, and is NOT affiliated with the property owner. By booking any of the available add-ons the renter understands they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.



PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox key access. However You can order packages to be held at the front desk for you as long as a mailbox key is not required. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.



PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.



SAFETY: We follow all CDC regulations for cleaning and sanitation. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfectant surfaces in the unit. *This property has surveillance cameras on its exterior.*



IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

Full hotel services, in house restaurants, beach, onsite dining and much more amenities will all be available to you.



Amenities are located on the 9th floor.



At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After we accept the reservation please immediately provide the names of ALL the guest that must be Registered with the hotel before the check in. Otherwise we have to cancel the reservation if we don’t have the information 24 hours of the arrival date .



Resort fee $40 per day + Valet $35 per day payable directly with the LYFE RESORT.



We provide beach chairs and an umbrella. You also have the option to rent beach chairs 1 block North of the building for $40 a day (2 lounge chairs and umbrella)



Easy Self Check in with Concierge, Resort Deposit of $250 will be required and refundable



GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.



PLEASE NOTE: No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors.



The Climate & Bugs

Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. :)



Guest Access:

You will have access to the whole apartment. Easy Self Check in with Concierge at Hotel.

* You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure



*Must follow all building and hotel rules



* Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.



The Neighborhood:

Popular points of interest near Private Condos at BeachWalk by include North City Beach Park, South City Beach Park and Hollywood Beach. The nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, 9.9 miles from the accommodation.



Getting Around:

We recommend utilizing rental cars, Uber, or Lyft for convenient transportation.
