The condo is about 11 km from Aeropuerto Internacional Benito JuĂĄrez (MEX), with multiple transportation options:

Taxi: Secure, authorized taxis are available inside the airport terminal

Rideshare: Uber and Didi offer convenient and affordable rides

Public Transit: Metro and Metrobus stations are within walking distance, providing easy access to the city

- Clothes may not be taken outside, hung, or left to dry on the terrace under any circumstance. This includes towels, swimsuits, laundry, or any type of clothing. Reports from neighbors regarding this violation will result in an automatic fine of 150 USD for each occurrence.

- Please note that security cameras are installed outside the property.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

-Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.

- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.

- A Pack and Play is available upon request (no crib provided)

- Guests must climb stairs.

- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.

- The parking space can only accommodate a regular size car. (maximum: 1.80m wide x 4.22m long and 1.57m high)

Where do I even begin?! The location is everything. There are panaderías, restaurants, food stands, bars, and shops literally next door and throughout the Roma Norte neighborhood.From the moment you enter the complex, you’re greeted by incredibly kind 24/7 security guards—I never once felt unsafe. The home itself has a great communal layout that’s comfortable and flows beautifully. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: coffee maker, microwave, toaster, full-size oven, Tupperware, plates, cups, and cutlery.The rooftop was absolutely mind-blowing. The city views are perfect for hosting dinners, relaxing with friends, or simply reading a book. Every bed was extremely comfortable, both bathrooms had amazing water pressure, and the main central bedroom’s closet was massive—big enough to hold everyone’s belongings.One small note: the room with two twin beds does have a closet, but it’s not accessible because one of the beds is positioned against it. Aside from that, there were zero issues.The host’s communication was impeccable—they responded within minutes every time. I plan to return to CDMX at least once a year and will absolutely book this place again. Our group truly appreciated our stay and highly recommend this VRBO.

Nice location...very secure. Hosts were very communicative & responsive. The kitchen was well-equipped. The rooftop deck was large and a really nice touch. There aren't many windows in the common area. The one bedroom is very small with no closet or windows. Overall a pleasant stay!

Awesome location. Fantastic apartment with lots of space. The private roof space is really cool, sadly it rained most every day so we didn’t get to enjoy it much. Comfy mattresses. Could use a few small repairs like towel bars in bathroom. The neighborhood is central and with so many amazing restaurants.
