The building features 24/7 security and controlled access. Access to the apartment is independent and convenient, with personal electronic lock codes provided for each guest.

For security purposes, the building has cameras in common areas like the parking garage, elevators, hallways, and perimeter, but there are no cameras inside the apartment itself.

Upon check-in, guests will be required to sign a document agreeing to refrain from any unlawful activities within the apartment and provide a photo of an official photo ID (passport or driver's license) as required by building administration.
