This apartment is one of our most affordableunits, this interior unit has the bedroom upstairs after the spiral staircase; the rest; including the bathroom, is downstairs.

Designed on 2 levels, it measures approx. 430 SqFt and was decoratedoptimizing every last space creating a modern, cozy and most ofall, functional space in the fall of 2020.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove where you can prepare your food and next to the living room there is a high dining table where you can enjoy them.

The smartTV with internet included is functional and you can see it from any angle of the bedroom
Being located on the ground floor and next to the parking lot, you will have independence and privacy from the rest of the building's residents and you will be able to access with a code that will be provided on the day of your arrival; Sure; after spending time with our staff in the building for the only time.
