Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins, please follow the rules or your apartment/building

No Photoshoots or Video Productions: Our property is exclusively for residential use. Guests are not permitted to conduct any form of commercial or non-commercial photoshoots, video shootings, or media productions on the premises without prior written consent from the hosts. This includes, but is not limited to, professional photography, filming, and online content creation."
