Live in a beautiful, large apartment with a mix of contemporary and minimalistic decor; in Condesa, known for being a multicultural neighborhood where you find everything from outdoor cafes and bookstores, elegant restaurants, and art deco boutiques for the avant-garde, to discos, bars, and tacos for those who love the nightlife.

This is a spacious apartment located on the first floor. Its large windows allow the entry of natural light. Here you can enjoy your stay with family or a group of friends. It has three bedrooms with comfy queen beds, three full bathrooms with towels, and welcoming toiletries.

You will also find a desk to work and one parking space available in the building.

The apartment has a high-speed WI-FI connection, Smart TV, safe, black-outs, and a washer-dryer.

We have a concierge and direct access to the apartment by the elevator that guarantees a simple and fast check-in.

Location was great. Everything was within 30 minute drive and many good restaurants around the neighborhood was within walking distance.

Great Apartment in Condesa

The apartment is exactly as described. Check in was really easy. We arrived before check in time and we were able to drop off our bags at the building. Always a plus. The apartment kitchen is well stocked. Beds are new and comfortable.We had no hot water but when we contacted the owner, it was fixed that day. We would stay here again when we visit Mexico City

Given the cost of the property, it would make sense for then bedding to be 100 % cotton all the way around. Polyester just feels cheap and the rental cost here isn't.Also the sofa was clearly broken and tried to be fixed and it didn't solve the problem. Buy a new sofa at IKEA for the prices you charge...........clearly no one from the rental agency ever sat on the sofa.Other than that it was okay.

Your accommodation turned out to be a big disappointment:-The hot water system broke down twice and we all had to shower in cold water on two occasions.-The fridge was not cold when we arrived and, after your staff attended to it, the inside of the fridge leaked constantly – each shelf was full of water every morning and we had to use cloths and towels to mop it up. Some of our food was spoiled, too.-The toilets blocked frequently and sometimes the flushing system didn’t work and we had to attend to that ourselves.-The water pressure in the kitchen sink was particularly weak, making it difficult for us to wash dishes effectively. It was also weak in one of the bathroom basins.Further to the above, some other issues that we encountered:-The safe was locked on our arrival, so we could not use it.-The hot water takes up to three minutes to arrive in the bathroom taps.-Some windows in the apartment do not lock.-The bed linen is of poor quality.-The towels in two of the bathrooms are cheap and non-absorbent.-There should be instructions in the apartment as to how the TV and the safe work.-The carpet in the bedroom without a bathroom is filthy.-The electrical items in the kitchen are of poor quality.-The drains in the apartment had a foul smell continuously.In light of the above and the discomfort that it caused us, we believe that it would be reasonable for you to consider a part refund.I look forward to hearing from you in due course.

Excellent location. Very nice, tastefully decorated apartment. We did have some issues with lack of hot water. The owners were prompt to respond but it took 2 visits from their handyman for us to be able to take hot showers. Even then, one of the showers still wasn’t getting hot water so we ended up sharing bathrooms. It would have been nice to have a paper or binder explaining some basic housekeeping things like where to empty garbage and what to do with linens when we left. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfy and Convenient

The Apartment is exactly as pictured: roomy and comfy. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.Thank you so much for providing the fans The young man at the front desk was always smiling and helpful even though his English and our Spanish are limited. Nice to have a big table and roomy bedroom space to spread out. We tried to conserve water as requested but it takes a long time for hot water to reach the faucets in the bathrooms. Our check-in was delayed until about 7:00p.m. which was frustrating. I reported a sewer smell in the bathroom and into the bedroom but it was never addressed. We also suggest that you provide some dish towels and dish rags for the kitchen. When the cleaner came she took the sponge so we had to use a washcloth. Overall we had a great stay. These are suggestions for your next guests.
