There is an oxxo (24 hour conveniente store) downstairs for all momentary needs, payments, ATM, etc.

The neighborhood is beautiful, central, in an excellent area of the city, close to restaurants, business centers and tourist areas.
You can walk or bike everywhere since the area is very well connected, if you do not like to do those things, there is a bus station in front of the property, different means of transport are also available (Cabify, Uber, Taxi , etc.)
