- No parties or events are permitted. Please keep noise down, especially after 10 PM—our neighbors appreciate your cooperation!
- Only guests listed on your reservation may be at the property.
- Take good care of the space. You are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning fees beyond regular use during your stay.
- Valid government-issued ID is required. Please have it ready at check-in. We may need to verify your identity during your stay.
- Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: The use, purchase, or sale of any illegal substances according to Mexico City law is strictly prohibited on the property.
The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID prior to arrival, as well as IDs for all other guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Loud music is prohibited at all times.
Do not use bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will be charged accordingly.
If you plan to have visitors, please let us know at least one day in advance. You must also provide a photo of their ID.
Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
When entering or leaving the property/building, please remain quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
