Incredible recently remodeled suite ideal for one or two guests, you will enjoy a queen bed, Smart Tv with Netflix, Highspeed Wifi connection, a private Bathroom, and access to the roof garden.
Located on the third floor of the apartment complex the suite has black out and sun shades to maximize rest and privacy, with a built in desk and closet module its an ideal space for home office work

One of the most requested features of the suite its itâs sheer closeness to restaurants, bars, cafes and galleries, also mobility its super easy by foor bike or e scooter.
Guest Access:
On your stay you may also use our shared spaces like the laundry area and roof garden
The Neighborhood:
Located in the art of the iconic colonia Condesa you may find the best restaurants, bars, cafes and art galeries at a walking distance.
Our apartment complex its located in the quieter part of condesa you may expect silence and a great night sleep.
Getting Around:
We do recommend moving by foot, bike, scooter or uber the distances usualy are short because of our centric location
