Residential complex located in Santa Fe, with luxury amenities and a staff that will make sure your stay at Capitalia is safe, comfortable and unforgettable. Our amenities have been renovated for your confort: enjoy our gym, reading area, meeting rooms, Co-work, event room, snack machine, parking, playroom, terrace with grill, garden with children's play area and a mini-soccer field. We are pet friendly so your furry friend can come with you.

The Space:
Modern and elegant fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with half bath in the living area, dining area with table for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen with basic kitchen utensils, full set of dishes for 4 people, laundry area with washer and dryer, living room with screen and cable TV, desk, WIFI, master bedroom with king size bed, master bathroom with shower, linens and bathroom amenities and walk-in closet. We have a 2nd bedroom with king size bed, closet, bathroom with shower, linens and bathroom amenities. Parking and elevator, 24 hour security.

Guest Access:
Our Team will be onsite to give you access to your apartment. We are located just a few minutes away from the commercial and corporate area of Santa Fe, moving around will not be a problem. If you come with your own car the residential has covered parking at no cost so you won't have to worry about that. To move around the area we recommend using Uber, cabify, DiDi, beat or cab.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Santa Fe, one of the most modern and luxurious areas of Mexico City and a city within the city, just a few minutes from the commercial and corporate area. In the surrounding area you will find fun for all ages: a day of shopping at the Santa Fe Shopping Center; restaurants for all tastes and budgets, nightlife and bars; supermarkets like Walmart, Chedraui, Sams and Costco; take a family walk in Parque “La Mexicana” and if you travel with your 4 paw companion the park has an exclusive area for them. If you have a business trip we are a few minutes from the BBVA Convention Center and Expo Santa Fe, the exclusive ABC Hospital, INGENES Institute , Torre PORSCHE. There are also a few universities a few minutes away: Universidad IBERO, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Universidad Anáhuac North Campus.

Getting Around:
We are located just a few minutes away from the commercial and corporate area of Santa Fe, moving around will not be a problem. If you come with your own car the residential has parking lot so you won't have to worry about it. To move around the area we recommend using Uber, Cabify, DiDi, beat or regular cab.

Other Things to Note:
You will be in one of the biggest cities in the world, it can get hectic and messy. We do our best to provide a calm and peaceful stay, however, please consider there may be noise coming from outside.

Yes, we are pet friendly. We charge a pet fee of $50 USD per stay for the amenities and additional room cleaning, there would be an extra charge in case of any eventuality.

Interaction with Guests:
The Capitalia team will always be on the lookout for anything you need before, during and after your stay. We will be available to you by phone or message and in some cases you can find us at the Administration of the residential, as well our security staff is available 24/7, they can support you to guide you in your doubts or requirements.
