Entering the Condo you will see the stairs that lead to the second floor. It has warm lighting that makes it very comfortable. On the right side is the kitchen with a large granite bar integrated with the electric stove. The kitchen has everything to prepare food or drinks. It is important to be aware that there are Stairs to go to the Bedrooms.Next there is a nice round dining room for 6 people. Past the dining room is an orange Italian leather living room with a view of the Park and a screen with Cable TV and Netflix.
Going up the front stairs you will find the second bedroom with a double bed, desk and office chair to work comfortably, and access to the external terrace. Across the hallway is your full bathroom. It has all the basics for your personal hygiene.
The master bedroom has a king bed, dressing room and full bathroom. Portable AC, TV, large closets and direct access to the terrace to the park. Fans in both rooms. The bathroom equipped with what you need for your personal hygiene.
The terrace/balcony has a table and 2 chairs, ideal for relaxing and having a drink.
The Condominium is in front of España Park and 1 block from México Park, you can do everything on foot or by bicycle. You can also take the Turibus to visit the tourist areas of the city. Two blocks away is the Metrobús on Avenida de los Insurgentes. For longer distances you can use Uber or Didi. The prices are cheap.
Roof Garden with incredible view! Green areas, Outdoor gym, Heated pool with views of Spain Park, Business center, Snack Bar with home delivery and Pool Service. Hammocks, dining tables, ping pong, bathrooms, the works. The pool is heated 24 hours a day! Perfect choice to relax and sunbathe before returning home.
The Snack Bar is open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They have a fairly extensive and healthy menu for all ages. The margaritas and cocktails are amazing. The building has Valet Parking at no additional cost, just leave your car and they will park it in their designated space.
You will see that it is incredible to stay in a place with so many amenities, the best views and sunsets, especially in autumn and winter. Everything is very close so you can go on foot, by scooter or by bicycle. The area has special paths for cycling.
Customer service available during your stay from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. I know the city very well, if you need recommendations on places or things to do, just ask.
