Important payment and access information:

We do not use Booking’s payment processor, therefore the reservation payment must be made via bank transfer. A security deposit is also required and will be proportional to the total reservation amount. The booking is considered confirmed only once both the reservation payment and the deposit have been completed.



To grant access to the property, guests must complete an arrival form (ID and Selfie) and sign a short-term rental agreement. Failure to complete these requirements will result in NO access being granted to the property.

A spacious 100 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms , a full bathroom with a tub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, and real wood floors. In addition, we have a 50 m2 studio apartment located on the ground floor, which includes a bedroom with its own bathroom, kitchen, and living-dining room.



Our retreat is immersed in the authenticity of La Condesa, one of the safest and most stylish areas of CDMX. It captures the hipster spirit of the neighborhood with its vintage decor and unique details. The quiet streets full of history invite you to explore unique bars and restaurants that enhance the beauty of the neighborhood.

Both apartments are equipped with Smart TVs, ensuring entertainment and technological convenience during your stay. Easily access both apartments via the building's central stairs. Although we do not have on-site parking, there is a guesthouse conveniently located on the same street.

*Our building does not have a parking space. There is a public parking lot half a block away for your convenience.

* Atlixco Street does not have a parking meter, so you are likely to find an available space on the same street.

* All rooms have tower fans.

* We have SmartTV with all available streaming services.

* During your stay we can offer you cleaning service at an additional cost.

* The house has a washing machine, a bathtub in the bathroom and a shower with hot water.

* Drinks and snacks are offered in the refrigerator, at an additional cost. Always ideal for a midnight snack or a drink upon arrival.

*An inflatable mattress is available if required, subject to availability and prior notice.
