This home is a wonderful place to entertain family and friends or hang out after playing golf at one of the many courses Mesquite has to offer. This well appointed home not only provides a warm and inviting experience but includes an outdoor oasis with hot tub and pool!

Max Occupancy 10 persons (includes adults/children of all ages) at all times.

Arrival Details
This is a self check in property, you’ll use a code to unlock the door.
Proceed directly to the property on/after 4 pm to check in.
Your code is timed for standard 4 pm arrival and 11 am departure, please contact our office to inquire about the availability of early check in/late checkout.
The home is located in the Cascades subdivision

Two spaces inside the attached garage are included for guest use
NO Street parking is permitted on the ONE WAY street
All trailers must be fully parked inside the garage and may not be left in the street at any time

Pet Policy
This home is pet-friendly. Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been given.
Maximum of 2 pets permitted with additional pet fees paid
Please contact the office prior to arrival to add your dog to your stay
All pet waste must be properly collected and disposed of in the outdoor trash receptacle using a secured pet waste bag
Any damages that the pet fee cannot cover are guest responsibility
Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees, charges for any damages or extra cleaning, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Service animals are always welcome; we ask that you let us know prior to booking.
**Violations of the pet policy will be subject to immediate eviction, pet fee charges and $500 fine. **
