Villas may vary. All of our villas are thoughtfully designed on a single level, offering approximately 1,650 square feet of comfortable living space. Each villa features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private 2-car garage, giving you plenty of room to spread out and settle in.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with service for eight, a breakfast bar, and a dining area—perfect for everything from quick mornings to family dinners. The large family room invites you to unwind with a queen-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, leather recliner, and multiple entertainment options.

Each villa includes three flat-screen TVs with DirecTV, along with DVD and CD players, plus complimentary wireless internet throughout your stay.

The primary suite is designed for comfort, featuring a spacious bathroom with dual sinks, a separate shower, and a relaxing jetted soaking tub—ideal for winding down after a day of exploring.

For added convenience, every villa is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.

Step outside to enjoy your own private outdoor space, complete with a BBQ grill, patio seating, and either a balcony or backyard area—perfect for enjoying Mesquite’s warm desert evenings.

Our villas are located within the peaceful Paradise Canyon community, with access to resort-style amenities including a pool, beautifully maintained grounds, and scenic desert surroundings.

We offer multiple villas within the community. While décor and exact layouts may vary slightly, each unit is professionally prepared to provide a clean, comfortable, and consistent experience. Handicap-accessible villas are available upon request.
