â¶This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
â¶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
â¶We are happy to accommodate small to medium-sized pets (20â50 lbs, 15â20 inches tall). This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking. If not, weâll request the fee manually. Pets outside the size range or undeclared may incur a $250 fine.
â¶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
