Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and rocket launches from the top deck overlooking the marina. Relax on the front porch while listening to music on the outside porch



The Space:

Step aboard our luxurious floating home and discover a thoughtfully designed space perfect for your getaway. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, providing a serene retreat. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, ideal for additional guests. The living area includes a pull-out sofa, accommodating extra sleeping arrangements. Both full bathrooms are well-appointed, offering convenience and privacy. Step outside onto the front porch to relax and enjoy the ambiance, or head up to the top deck to take in breathtaking views of the marina, sunrises, sunsets, and even rocket launches. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker, oven, stove, and refrigerator. Enjoy meals at the dining table with views of the water.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire floating home, including both bedrooms with their comfortable king and queen beds, the two full bathrooms, and the living area with a pull-out sofa. Step outside onto the front porch for relaxation or head up to the top deck to enjoy the stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, oven, stove, and refrigerator, is also at your disposal. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the free parking on the premises.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Merritt Island, our floating home at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina offers a tranquil escape with convenient access to local attractions. Explore nearby dining options such as local seafood restaurants, many are a short drive away. For shopping, you'll find a variety of stores and boutiques within a few miles. Enjoy the unique charm of the marina, perfect for leisurely strolls and observing the boats. The neighborhood is also a gateway to exploring the Space Coast, with easy access to Kennedy Space Center (approximately a 20-minute drive). The marina is not part of the resort, so there is no access to the resort's pool or clubhouse.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. Smoking is not permitted inside the floating home. We are happy to welcome families. Please be aware that this is a floating home and some movement may be felt. We appreciate you treating our home with respect and leaving it in a tidy condition upon departure. Enjoy your stay!
