Arcadia Floating Home

Summary:

Your unique vacation is about to begin! Enjoy morning coffee, off the stern or wine in the evening while watching nature, dolphins and the myriad of boats pass by. Located in a secure spot in the marina with direct waterfront view and minimal boat movement from the protection of the slip. You are on the Indian River lagoon between the Indian River (Intercoastal waterway) and the Banana River. Space Coast rocket launches are amazing on the rooftop deck!



The Space:

Step into your very cozy living room with queen sized memory foam pullout sofa and enjoy the modern contemporary vibes with smart TV. Dining area sitting for two downstairs and four upstairs on the rooftop deck. Kitchen is equipped with 3/4 stainless steel fridge, George Forman Grill and 1 burner cooktop (Propane grill upstairs) My Modern Structure home is equipped with state of the art bathroom features you’ll find on a cruise ship. Built in 2022 via custom one of kind design from floor to ceiling. If you have to work, or want a vanity to freshen up, there is a desk/chair. The large bathroom is a wet shower with a rain shower head. The entire enclosed bathroom can get wet including the mini washer/dryer. As we are a boat, we provide marine grade toilet tissue and marine safe soap throughout your stay. Please don't use any other. The bedroom features a memory foam queen bed with more than ample storage for personal effects. Glass door leading out to your rear private deck for two! Climb the stairs to an upstairs eating/dining table or relax step out to the open area for relaxing on the double lounger and catch some rays or a SpaceX launch. Be sure to come down the stairs same way you go up; face the steps. The marina hosts the Dolphin restaurant but you are close to tons of waterfront options for dining out.

Crossing boat rentals. Mention you're staying on Modern Structure for a discount for their many water craft including SUPs. The marina office is a short walk for complimentary full size washer & dryer.

Getting around

Approximately 35 min. east of Orlando

International airport, eight miles north on Courtney to Kennedy Space Center and ten min. east to Cocoa Beach and it's beautiful sandy beaches.
