The entire 2nd level is a dedicated parents retreat. With carpet throughout, a king bed, gas fire place, smart tv, walk-in-robe and en-suite with a double basin and magical ocean views from the shower. As if this wasn't enough doors open up to a private deck with an outdoor lounge and small table and chairs to catch the morning sun with a coffee and a good book.

Other property features include: Unlimited WIFI, a sonos music system to the kitchen, rumpus, main bedroom, pool and first floor deck, a modern radiator heater system throughout the property including heated flooring to the bathroom¿s. en-suite, and a double lockup garage.


The area:

Very few properties in Merimbula have private beach access. Beachfront Escapes backs right onto Merimbula's Main Beach. Leave the car at home and walk down the road to Cranky Cafe, take the dog for a walk around the lake or walk (flat walk) into town over the Merimbula bridge for an ice cream or a spot of shopping.
