Excepted you identify yourself as a Bobo Parisien you ve nothing to do in this hacienda situated too far from the city center (half an hour by car). On top of that have made clear by the owner you will not have to pay your breakfast after having taken it. Effectively we have been told that the breakfast was included in the room rate but at the time of leaving we have been given a bill of US $30! Of course when choosing our dishes nobody provided us any menu in order to know the prices of what we were about to order. We have finally been caught and requested to pay while leaving the room with our luggage. It appears that the reason is we did not take our breakfast before 11am and then it was no longer included within the room price! Just to recall that never the owner advised us that the breakfast was to be taken between 9 and 11am. My piece of advice, you will find nicer swimming pools in the rest of Yucatan and therefore a hotel in the center of Merida is widely enough.
We arrives at the hotel and a few problems came up. First, they wanted to charges us for the room when it was already paid. We didnât get the room we paid for. There was a wedding that was playing VERY loud music. They should consider sound proofing their windows. I asked for a wine bottle opener and I e but they wanted to charge me for the ice. The hotel is beautiful but the neighborhood is not the best.
Overall, a very bad experience for a first class hotel.

Esta muy bonito el lugar pero se ve que le falta personal. A partir de las 5pm cerro el restaurante de la hacienda y no nos dijeron nada al hospedarnos y nos quedamos sin cenar ya que no llegan los servios de rappi, ni uber eats.
i requested a receipt, invoice upon leaving the place..they didnt supply me with one..they said they would email me one..a week and a half later i have not received a receipt..can you (Expedia) help me obtain a receipt, invoice for my stay there?
