The city apartment (55mÂČ) is located in the center of Merano, directly on Rennweg, and offers a bedroom for two adults as well as a sofa bed for up to two children.
The apartment is part of a typical town house, recently renovated and tastefully furnished. Shops, restaurants, and the promenade are just a few meters away.
The holiday accommodation consists of a spacious living room with kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. Both rooms offer views of the Texel Group and Merano's Rennweg.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for your holiday in South Tyrol. It features a stove, a coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.
A special highlight of the accommodation is its location: it is situated in the heart of the spa town of Merano, just a few meters from the Passer Promenade.
Right next to the building, there is a bus stop, as well as numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. Merano train station is just a 10-minute walk away. The famous Merano Therme is are only 200 meters away.
The accommodation is also ideal in winter, as the Merano Christmas Market is located directly on the promenade. The ski bus to the Merano 2000 ski area stops at the Merano Thermal Baths â just a 2-minute walk from the accommodation.
The spa town of Merano offers numerous activities and events, which are listed at the tourist office, located only 300 meters away. This makes it the perfect starting point for hikes, events, wine tastings, and much more.
The apartment is located on the third floor and can only be reached via stairs. There is no private parking available, however the public Karl Wolf parking lot is just a 3-minute walk away.
Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge.
Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged.
Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards.
Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of âŹ15.00 per pet per night applies.
Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In After 7:00 PM: Late check-in is available only if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and is contingent upon presentation of required documentation and payment of the tourist tax and any extras via credit card.
Heating and Air Conditioning Usage (If available): Heating is operational from October to April but will not be activated if external temperatures exceed 15°C or internal temperatures reach or exceed 21°C. Air conditioning is operational from June to September but will not be activated if external temperatures fall below 25°C or internal temperatures reach or fall below 23°C.
Electric Vehicle Charging: Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the property listing. Where allowed, prior confirmation from MUSE.holiday is required, and additional fees may apply.
Utility Waste Charges: Unnecessary consumption of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or operating heating with windows open, will incur additional charges.
Ventilation Requirement: Guests are required to ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation. Failure to comply will result in charges for remediation if mold is detected upon departure.
Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, Wi-Fi services may be intermittent or slow, and uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
Consumables: The property is not supplied with consumables such as spices, shampoo, or soap. Any such items present are part of a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
