The sleeping accommodation is perfectly suited for honeymooners or groups of 4. Couples can savour the tranquillity of the spacious master double bedroom, which leads directly out to the scenic and romantic covered terrace. There is a second bedroom furnished with two single beds (room without window). A modern fitted bathroom with power shower completes the internal layout, and is complemented by a hairdryer, ironing and private laundry facilities.

Outside, the picturesque residence features a sunny landscaped garden with sloping lawn. The idyllic mountainside setting offers beautiful lake views and is perfectly placed for reaching the nearby hiking routes, Loveno Tennis club, Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club, La Barcola Agriturismo and the horse riding centres of Porlezza. The picturesque and well-serviced centre of Menaggio is also within enviable reach by car, just 5 minutes drive away. Here a wealth of shops, delicatessens, supermarkets, cafes and authentic restaurants await! Menaggio also boasts a fabulous family-friendly Lido, kayak and power boat hire, a children’s park and easy access around Lake Como; via its main road, bus links and its car and passenger ferry service. Lake-based fans can easily reach the many nearby Lidos, water sport clubs, boat rental and Lake swimming spots, whilst avid walkers can take on many breathtaking hikes in historical San Siro and all along the Tremezzina shore.
