A shotgun house is a long narrow unit with no central hallway - so the living room flows into the bedroom which flows into the dining room, without separation; perfect for couples and solo travelers. The bathroom and kitchen were just renovated! The apartment has stylish furnishings, a big screen TV, a comfortable memory foam mattress and laundry in unit. Pets are welcome!

Location: Super central Midtown location! Easy to drive anywhere in Memphis or Uber/Lyft. Private carport parking in the back of the building is provided, as well as easy and free street parking!

Other details to note: This is a lower unit in an old historic building - you may hear other guests walking around in the unit above you. We do have plenty of area rugs to dampen sound and ask them to be quiet and respectful, but if this would bother you or you are a very light sleeper, we would suggest booking an upstairs unit or one story property instead.
