Horrible do not stay

This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here.

Not so great stay

I was told we would receive parking passes and did not then was given a parking ticket because we were told we could park in a garage. Once entering the apt. It seems kind of clean but there were things left by whoever stay before us and the patio had trash and cigarette butts on it and part of the blinds were broken off. We ended up leaving a day early.

Posible ilegal place

We were looking at some properties to buy Memphis downtown, my agent told me that it is completely ilegal to sublet in this area, plus every morning the sheriff posted this note in our door, saying FORCIBLY ENTRY AND DETAINER WARRANT. Specyfing that the plaintiff claims the right of posesion and the defendant unlawfully claims the same. Have a picture of one of the notices. Not cool at all

Don't Stay Here...

Property was not very clean when we got there, especially the floors. The small balcony was covered in spider webs and practically unusable if you didn't love spiders. The refrigerator was not working on arrival and $100 worth of food was spoiled on day one. This was reported to management but no one was sent to fix it. The freezer was completely froze up with ice including the fan which cools the refrigerator. I had to defrost it myself on day two in order to have access to a working refrigerator. The master toilet stopped up on day two and this was immediately reported to management. No one ever came to fix the stopped up toilet which was filled with feces for the rest of our stay. I will never waste my money on this property ever again. Be warned!

Very disappointed, only 1 TV on the Living room, no TV's on the bedrooms. Apartment was double booked, I was working when a person just walked in. It was very scary knowing another person knew the code to open the door.

Great location and cute apartment ... but bathrooms needs some attention ...

Great location if you want to be close to Beale Street, FedX Forum, and the ballpark. The two bedroom apartment was nice, beds were comfy and clean, tv room nice with a pull out sofa and there was an updated kitchen (very pretty). However, the toilet in the master bath needed to be replaced as it was old, the caulking on the bottom was brown and the toilet was not stable at all. It needs to be replaced so that there is not an issue with water. The showers in both bathrooms need to have the caulk removed and replaced. It would be nice if there were coffee filters with the coffee, dish towels and tissues. This is just my opinion.

First, the good. The property managers did try to work with us to make our stay pleasant. Negativiely, almost all communication done via email, which sometimes led to misunderstandings. Did have instance of using text to get WiFi working. Property and Expedia detailnot exactly the same. Very little soap and shampoo made available. Some disrepair (loose toilet seats, broken trash can, and bifold door off). Overall, a pleasant stay. Close to Beale and managers did work with us.

Loved the location and convenience. Many of our activities were in 10-15 minutes walk. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and perfectly laid out for our needs. Check in was a breeze. Loved the parking garage access. Would definitely recommend and book again when traveling to Memphis.

Not so good

We arrived around 8pm, buzzed several times and no one answered. The only way that we were able to get into the building was because someone else was coming out. Once we got into the unit, we noticed that there were several mosquitoes flying around, the internet did not work and the toilet in one of the bathrooms was filthy (poop and hair on it!) and the grout needs to be replaced. After being eaten alive all night, we sent emails to the owners the next day and they never replied. We sent emails again the day after and still no response. I find the filth, the lack of internet, the mosquitoes and most importantly, the lack of communication to be completely unacceptable. By the way, when we arrived there was another couple that spent over an hour trying to get into the building as well, the only way they got in was because someone else let them in. I assume that they too were vacation renters from the same company, just like us. Unacceptable. Overall, the place was new-ish and clean but my complaints above, made the experience poor.

the one downfall was there was no washer and dryer in the unit. Also the Wi-fi that was sent to me was not listed as a option to connect too.

Close to everything and very Nice apartment Not the best Street but only couple hundred feet to centrum so allin all a good place to stay
