The vacation home is a lovely, cozy and modern dwelling. An automatic gate, with an entry code, provides access to a large outdoor area where you can park your car.
To get to the upper floor there are stairs, shared between the two apartments. The entrance balcony is furnished with table and chairs for exclusive use .
The interiors of the apartments on the second floor open with the living room with an open kitchenette, dining table and chairs, and a single sofa bed. The living room is air conditioned and has a furnished balcony.
The sleeping area, introduced by an air-conditioned hallway, consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 full shower room .

The apartments are located on the second floor of a complex in the town of San Foca, a marina in Melendugno famous for its beautiful accessible beaches, coves among the cliffs and excellent services.
 
All major services and the sea are also within walking distance.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
