Villa Sunbeach is a lovely villa with swimming pool located in Torre dell`Orso, on the coast of Melendugno. The villa offers up to 16 beds, is surrounded by greenery and is independent, consisting of two units.
Both are equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, outdoor showers, 2 washing machines, 4 shower rooms, hair dryer, TV, electric oven. Pets are allowed.
The two vacation homes that form Villa Sunbeach are communicating from the outside with a gate that joins their gardens.

The
villa consists of two vacation homes, both surrounded by greenery and
with well-equipped outdoor space. They are communicating thanks to a
shared garden gate.
The two units that form Villa Sunbeach are on three levels: ground floor, second floor and tavern in the basement.
The
first house has a large garden facing the pool, with outdoor showers
and a furnished veranda for relaxation. The entrance is into a living
room with 1 sofa bed, table and chairs, TV and ceiling blades. The ground floor is completed by a well-equipped kitchenette and a shower room.
On the second floor are an air-conditioned hallway, 2 double bedrooms ,
one of which has a French bed, both with access to a balcony.
Completing the second floor is a shower room. In the basement is 1 triple room with single beds.
The second house opens on the ground floor into the living room with an open kitchenette, 1 ready sofa bed, table and chairs, ceiling blades and TV. On this floor there is a full shower room.
On the second floor there is an air-conditioned hallway, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds both with access to balcony. Also on the second floor there is 1 full shower room. In the basement there is 1 triple room with twin beds.

Sunbeach is located in Torre dell`Orso, within a quiet residence not
far from the center. The beautiful vacation home is located in a
residential area within walking distance from the sea.

Salento, on the Adriatic Sea, along the coast of Melendugno,
award-winning for its sea and excellent services. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Composed by 2 separate units.
- Air conditioning on the first floor in both houses.
- In one of the houses on the first floor there is a bathroom where there is a toilet inside the shower.
