Bilo PT is a 4-bed vacation home for rent in Torre dell`Orso on the ground floor of a vacation home complex a few minutes` walk from the beach.
The vacation home has air conditioning, kitchen with induction hob and electric oven, washing machine and TV, small parking space and outdoor shower. Pets are allowed.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a complex of vacation homes, all of which are self-contained and independent of each other.
The two-room apartment is introduced by a courtyard with a gate, a small space also suitable for parking a small car.
The interiors of the two-room apartment are furnished in a simple and essential way, and consist of a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 shower room and the well-equipped kitchenette.
From the kitchenette there is access to the back garden equipped with a washing machine, outdoor shower, washstand, table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The complex in which Bilo PT is located is in the center of Torre dell`Orso, a lively Salento seaside resort along the Adriatic coast. Only 100 meters from the house are all the main services.
The town`s beautiful beach with pine forest and the legendary "two sisters" are also within walking distance, being just 300 meters away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The internal parking is useful for small cars.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
