Villetta di Marianna is a lovely independent holiday home with garden in Torre dell`Orso, famous seaside location near Melendugno on the Adriatic coast. The two-floor holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, ceiling fans in every room, electric oven, microwave oven, hair-dryer, tv, iron and ironing board, barbecue and outdoor shower. Pets are allowed.

The beautiful holiday home is in a residential complex, introduced by a spacious garden with furnished porch. In the garden there are a portable barbecue and the heated outdoor shower.
The holiday home is on two floors. On the ground floor there is the living area that consists of a sitting room, open kitchen and dining room. The first floor is accessible by stairs and it consists of 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with balcony. Moreover, there are two bathrooms, one on each floor, without shower.

centre. The seafront promenade with watchtower and many services is 1
kilometer away. Torre dell`Orso is famous for its beautiful beach with
pine forest and the Two Sister legend, the two cliffs that characterize
the view.
The holiday home is close to other seaside locations near Melendugno, awarded for their clean sea, beach establishments and tourist services. San Foca is 3 kilometers away. The holiday home is also close to the worth visiting Grotta della Poesia, in the archaeological site on the sea, in Roca Vecchia.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathrooms in the house do not have a shower, the shower is located outside in the garden.
