Spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboards and storage, fully equipped with modern appliances, oven, hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, providing all the essentials to cook with during your stay.

Laundry with a washing machine, clothes horse, a second shower and a clothes line attached the rear of the house wall.

Sensationally large expansive outdoor rear yard. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed with an outdoor setting for 6 with an umbrella and outdoors chairs plus and a large BBQ.

LINEN
3 NIGHTS OR MORE: A full bed and bathroom linen package is included with all bookings of 3 nights or more to accommodate up to 6 people. BYO beach towels. Bathroom towels are not permitted to be used for the beach.

2 NIGHTS: a basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

PET
Fully fenced and gated, your 1 Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Refer to Booking Terms. Rear yard is fully fenced.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.
