Guest Access:
Guest will have private access to the entire apartment unit for the duration of the stay.

Other Things to Note:
** PLEASE NOTE: We keep our keys for self check in at a store which is more or less a kilometer away from the property which is a short drive or around 10 min walk. We aren't allowed to set up a lockbox with keys inside on the premises anymore so this is our only option unfortunately. Hope you can understand and please plan accordingly. **

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **

Lost key penalty - $300
