There is a huge deck that overlooks the tree tops and catches a beautiful sea breeze. The accommodation is perfect for families, with the master bedroom at one end of the house with walk in robe and ensuite as well as a TV/Sitting room, the main living space is large and has beautiful high ceilings and flows with doors out onto the deck for alfresco dining, kitchen with modern appliances including two dishwashers, wine fridge & gas appliances. Two further bedrooms with built in robes, large family bathroom with spa and separate laundry. Features split system heating and cooling in living room, fans in living room, off street parking for two and all in a sought-after location close to the Tuckey Track, community tennis court, Tideways Beach and the Sorrento Sailing Club.
