Welcome to this grand five-bedroom Manor House, a stunning Victorian-style residence that blends timeless charm with modern comfort. Designed for memorable group stays, the home offers generous space, beautiful interiors and multiple areas to gather, relax and entertain.

The Shared Estate Experience:
You are booking the The Manor only. The Spa House and Lakeside Chalets are located on the same grounds and may be occupied by other guests. While the Manor is private and self-contained, the expansive 50-acre grounds and lake areas are shared.

From the moment you enter, the sweeping staircase creates an impressive first impression, setting the tone for the elegance found throughout the home. The fully renovated kitchen sits at the heart of the property, complete with an expansive island bench, perfect for shared cooking, entertaining or simply enjoying time together. A second large kitchenette adds extra flexibility, ideal for catering, drinks service or additional preparation space.

The home offers multiple living zones, including a refined “old-world” style lounge, perfect for quiet conversations, as well as a dedicated billiard room with full-size table and bar area for evening entertainment. The formal dining room provides a beautiful setting for shared meals and can also be adapted as a yoga or wellness space if desired.

Important note about the Wifi: There is currently limited WiFi coverage at Woodman Estate, and signal strength may vary depending on your mobile provider. We encourage you to take this opportunity to switch off and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings.

This unique Manor House offers a truly special setting for group stays, combining space, character and versatility for a memorable experience.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
