► HOW YOU WILL BE CHECKING IN (24/7)

◈ Key Exchange Service (Optional) → 250m or a 2 min walk from your apartment. Please note that there is no car access in this area.



If an 'in-person' check-in is not preferred and your arrival is outside the operating hours of the Key Exchange Service, we will relocate your collection point to a 24/7 service in the CBD.

Rideshare vehicles, including Uber, are generally not allowed to operate on Swanston Street between Flinders and La Trobe Streets.
