The Family Haven is the perfect place to reunite family & friends, accommodating up to 20 guests. Embrace quality time with good company splashing in the outdoor pool & spa, lounging beneath the pool pergola, relaxing under the tranquil gazebo, or bonding together around the cosy fire pit. Keep kids entertained with our outdoor cubby house, monkey bars, swings & climbing play sets, a dedicated kid’s bedroom with generous amounts of toys, books & board games, smart TV & unlimited Wi-Fi. It’s an absolute family fun getaway featuring a fully equipped open kitchen, living & dining room, 5 bedrooms + an additional lounge/bedroom, cosy reading room and an impressive indoor BBQ & games room with a billiards table, poker table, dart board and 250 games arcade machine for everyone to enjoy. Whether you are young or old, The Family Haven is your destination to come together & create everlasting memories.

The space

The Family Haven is truly a humble home away from home for up to 20 guests. This charming house features an outdoor pool & spa (not heated), pergola, gazebo, kids swing/play sets, cubbyhouse and cosy fire pit for everyone to enjoy! It’s an absolute family fun getaway with 5 main bedrooms+ an additional lounge/bedroom, spacious kitchen, living/lounge/dining rooms, reading room, plus BBQ/games room with billiard table, dart board and 250 games arcade machine. Take off the poker table, and you’ll have an additional dining area for all your family BBQs. If you feel the need to leave the property everything is in close proximity, Rye front and back beaches, golf, wineries, breweries, Peninsula Hot Springs and all local tourist attractions.

2 x bathrooms/ 1 x toilet / 1 x laundry with 10kg washing machine & clothesline

Outside-

Laze by the sparkling pool, lounge under the pool pergola, relax in the tranquil gazebo, dine outside, enjoy the cosy fire pit or play in the cute cubbyhouse & swing, slide, climb, jump & monkey bar set. This property has so much to offer and all only a short drive from Rye shops, wineries, golf courses, beautiful beaches, pubs, cafes and restaurants. Carport fits 2 cars with additional on-street parking (3 standard cars can fit directly on the front lawn). A Eufy doorbell and camera operates outside for security purposes only, detailed under safety devices.

Safety Considerations
In making use of any on site facilities, guests will be deemed to have accepted responsibility for their own safety and other users of these facilities.
Please supervise children at all times and do not leave any animals unattended on the property at any time.
Climbing or play structure:
We have many play sets and toys which guests are free to use at their own risk. The Swing set station has a combined max capacity of 250kg (individual swing 45kg) & mini jumper 25kg. The monkey bar has a maximum weight limit of 50kg per child (up to 3 children).

Swimming Pool:
The Swimming Pool is provided for use by booked guests only. All children under the age of 16 needs to be supervised by a responsible adult over 18 at all times.
Campfire:
The campfire area is equipped with a fire pit for guests to use. Never leave a fire pit unattended, and never leave children or pets unattended near a fire. Keep the fire burning gently yet steadily by limiting the amount of wood you put in the fire. Please BYO wood or buy locally.

Safety Devices
1xEufy doorbell camera faces entry gate, approximately 1.6m above ground.
1xHigh-mounted Eufy camera faces entry carport, approximately 2m above ground.
Both cameras record audio/visual only when motion is detected and ceases when motion ends. Not actively monitored, reviewed solely in necessary situations & for monitoring any unexpected intruders.


Getaway Property Management Terms & Conditions:

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.

If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th – December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.

Strict designated smoking area needs to be adhered to.

Pets subject to approval and must adhere to the strict designated per area only- an additional pet cleaning fee may apply if guests break the rules or do not clean up their pet’s mess.

Please note that this property is patrolled by Coastcom security.

20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival.

No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date.

An additional $1,000 Bond is on hold for this property.
