When you visit our Sunshine Sophistication you’ll want to stay longer. The clean lines, the stylish polished concrete floors and the effortless feel makes it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Upfront in a small group of villas, once you step inside the gates, you’ll feel blissfully on your own. The ease of the digital keyless entry makes access convenient. A central hallway leads to every room including one north facing bedroom with queen size bed, the striking kitchen with its electric stove and Bosch dishwasher, as well as a long list of small appliances including air fryer, rice cooker, microwave, coffee pod machine and blender. With sunshine from both the north and west, the living area has 2 x 2 seater sofas around the 42inch smart TV and has access to the private alfresco courtyard with dining seating for 6. The stand out is the separate dining room that doubles as a boardroom like study – perfect when you need to keep up appearances on the Zoom calls. There are two further bedrooms towards the back – one with queen size bed, the other with 2 king single beds and a sofa bed – all with clothing storage. The bathroom/laundry is donned in marble with luxe black finishes with an adjoining powder room featuring a unique all in one basin/toilet (the 2nd toilet). Sunshine Sophistication comes with secure parking for two behind a locked gate. All rooms are air conditioned and have tinted windows and block out blinds.

Sunshine North is 18 minutes from Melbourne Airport in Melbourne’s West. It’s an up and coming suburb with trendy cafes, gastronomic pub experiences and every culture in its cuisine. It’s home to the Melbourne Knights Soccer Club, the Joan Kirner Women’s and Children’s Hospital at Sunshine Hospital, Victoria University’s Sunshine campus and has a mix of residential and industrial character, making our place the perfect spot if you’re in Melbourne for business, sporting events, concerts, visiting hospitals, or catching up with friends and family in the area.

The Braybrook Hotel has a fine feed, Jimmy’s Pasta and Parma House has great reviews and the kids will love Burgernomics or the array of chain restaurants along Ballarat Road. Great coffee can be found at the Brimby’s Café in Hampshire Road or the Grind Coffee Bar in Foundry Road.

For recreation, you could walk along the Maribyrnong River Trail to find Solomon’s Ford, try your hand at Badminton at Sunshine Badminton, watch the Melbourne Knight’s Soccer Club train, explore the Quarry Lake or try your hand at Pickleball at the Pickleball Paradise. Duke Street Reserve, affectionately called the ‘Sun Tan’ has an off-leash area for your dog to run around.

Sunshine North is in Melbourne’s west, 18 minutes from Tullamarine Airport and 30 minutes from Melbourne CBD. Sunshine train station is the closest station with the 215 and 220 buses are 750 metres away on Ballarat Road taking you to Sunshine station or to Highpoint and Flemington Racecourse (215) or Footscray (220). Skybus is accessed at Southern Cross station. Taxi and Uber available.

Due to the sunny north west aspect of the Sunshine Sophistication, we have included tinted windows and reverse cycle air conditioners in each room to maintain a constant temperature.
House must be left as received except for bed linen and towels usage. Dishwasher turned on before you leave if there are dirty dishes in there. Please clean up after your dog. Cleaning fee is to ensure house is guest-ready for you when you arrive, and guest-ready for the next guests after you leave. This is a smoke free, vape free, drug free stay and any evidence will include additional cleaning fees.
