Sunset on Moonah is the perfect name for this stylish 2 storey home. Located in the picturesque Moonah Links residential estate, it boasts stunning sunsets and coastal views from both levels across to Arthur's Seat. Set in quiet, peaceful surrounds and north facing, you can enjoy the winter sunshine streaming through the huge glass windows during the cooler months.
It offers guests the best of both worlds - a relaxing, comfortable retreat whilst also providing easy access to Moonah golf links and other golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs, Rye foreshore and pier, Gunnamatta surf beach and an array of the finest wineries.
HOUSE FEATURES:
Newly extended, this home is well appointed with quality appliances and beautiful hard wood floors and furniture. It features 4 generous bedrooms (2 with ensuites), 3 bathrooms in total plus a powder room, 2 living areas with comfortable sofas, 5 Smart TVs with Foxtel, Netflix and Stan and 2 cosy gas log fireplaces. The open plan kitchen and dining room makes entertaining easy, and the brand new laundry features a washing machine and ironing facilities. From almost every room you can enjoy stunning views of the Moonah trees, the coastal landscape and beautiful sunsets.
The newly landscaped front outdoor space features alfresco dining with a large market umbrella, a new built-in BBQ and seated fire pit area, which is great for entertaining as well as relaxing. The rear outdoor space is another lovely area to enjoy, and also features a new built-in BBQ. With so many entertaining options, you can prepare a delicious feast in the well equipped kitchen or on the outdoor BBQ's and enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. If you choose to dine out there are many restaurants, cafes, wineries and breweries close by.
This home is well suited for a getaway with friends or families, however due to the stairs it may not be suitable for young children. It is ideal for a golfing holiday, there is even a set of golf clubs for guests to use, and the scenic paths throughout the estate provide a great opportunity for walking or bike riding.

This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY - No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.

The driveway is steep and is only suitable for vehicles with higher clearance such as most SUVs. Please check carefully for clearance underneath your vehicle at the entrance to the garage.
