(Note from the owner: I was really surprised how quiet this apartment is. Being at the back of the complex, and having double-glazing and plenty of trees around it seems to insulate it very well. The other plus (apart from proximity to everything you could possibly need), is the trams out the front. They run every 6 minutes in busy times and youre in town before you can blink. Who needs a car?).
