This one bedroom North East facing apartment on Fitzroy St, is light filled and offers all the comforts of home but right in the hub of fantastic St Kilda with free secure basement car park.
Set towards the rear of the complex, so when you come home after exploring the many restaurants or bars, you can retreat to your secluded oasis away from the noise and bustle of vibrant St Kilda.
A light filled open-plan living area, thoughtfully furnished, offers a welcoming space to unwind, with a super comfy Koala sofa inviting guests to settle in and watch some TV or kick back with a book.
The large undercover balcony is the perfect spot for your morning latte or evening drinks.
