A classic, comfortable, sun filled beach house with bay views, set in a tranquil street in a picturesque part of Dromana, this home promises effortless beach holidays and weekend getaways. Whether its a family holiday, a spa weekend or a golf trip, it has something for everyone!
Close to Dromana Lawn Bowls Club, enjoy barefoot bowling in Summer, and just a short walk to Dromana park and playground. Only 300m (approx.) to Dromanas sandy beaches and beautiful coastal walks along the foreshore and 1km (approx.) to Dromanas shops. From this central location the Peninsulas best offerings are easily accessible including local wineries, world-class golf courses and beautiful beaches.
HOUSE FEATURES:
Recently renovated, this delightful beachside gem features an easy living layout with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area on the top level and just a few steps down at the entry level, there are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 updated bathrooms and a European-style laundry. The spacious kitchen provides everything you could need including a double wall oven and double-drawer dishwasher. The 3 spacious bedrooms have built-in robes and French doors opening out to the deck and garden, creating plenty of space to relax.
Enjoy year-round sun with the north-facing living areas that open onto a wraparound deck with views of the bay and lush greenery from the mature trees. It is perfect for alfresco entertaining with a BBQ, high table and bar stools and Adirondak chairs. Sit back and enjoy drinks and nibbles, lunch or dinner whilst taking in the beautiful view. Theres even an outdoor swing seat on the deck to relax and read a book or take in the sea breeze.
The driveway provides ample off-street parking for up to 3 cars, a jet ski or small boat.
