Ceci est une nouvelle marque entiÚrement meublé, confortable, appartement moderne avec une cuisine de vie ouvert et un salon avec un canapé-lit. Il dispose d'une chambre séparée avec lit queen, une salle de bains avec douche et placard buanderie fermée avec un lave-linge / sÚche-linge.

(S'il vous plaßt noter que nous avons un séjour minimum de 3 jours)

Il est idéal pour un couple, mais peut accueillir deux autres en utilisant le canapé-lit.

Un nord substantielle balcon avec une suite de mobilier d'extérieur, couvre tout l'appartement avec une vue panoramique jusqu'à Melbourne quartier central des affaires, à 17 kilomÚtres.

Il y a de grandes télévisions dans le salon et chambre à coucher et Foxtel est fourni dans le salon. Gratuit haut débit sans fil NBN est également fourni.

L'appartement dispose d'air inverse du cycle de conditionnement.

Le complexe d'appartements comprend un 23 mĂštres de la piscine avec spa, un gymnase substantiel avec tous les Ă©quipements modernes et un sauna. Toutes ces installations sont gratuites pour les clients.

Il y a des arrĂȘts de bus en face de l'immeuble qui vous amĂšne Ă  Southland dans une direction et de la plage et de la gare Sandringham dans l'autre sens. autoroute Nepean est Ă  seulement deux kilomĂštres si vous conduisez Ă  la ville ou de la position en bas de la cĂŽte.

Nice apartment, great host

The apartment was very nice. Deb had lots of nice things in the fridge and pantry. She was a big help checking us in. Apartment is a couple of km from the beach, close to Southlands and luna Park. It has a great cafe down stairs which is nice for breakfast.

Another great stay

Perfect location, lovely apartment, everything you need close at hand: cafe and store bottom floor, gym, pool, shops and restaurants close by, beach only a short walk away. Beautiful view of Bayside and CBD in the distance from all the windows. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Melbs.

Debbie was very helpful and easy to deal with. The apartment was very good, well fitted out, with a large balcony with a distant view over the city. There was also the bonus of using the communal pool, jacuzzi and gym, with a nice little cafe on site. Will hope to return in the future.

Modern apartment

Very modern apartment in a modern block. Large balcony looking to the north and the CBD. Located close to supermarkets and restaurants. Lots of extras such as towels and condiments and toiletries. Well set up. Would definitely stay here again. Has a slight glitch with the washing machine but Debbie was there within 30 minutes to sort it.

Lovely apartment, best location.

Clean and well supplied with everything you might need. Great windows and balcony with wide view of Bayside up to CBD skyscrapers in the distance. I felt totally at home and comfortable and can't wait to return.

Weekend Getaway for 60th

Debbie was a wonderful host. The apartment was spotless, well appointed welcoming and extremely comfortable! The pool and spa were amazing. What we really appreciated were the extra special touches Debbie made to ensure we had all we needed (and more) to enjoy our short stay. We wanted for nothing! The location was perfect, close to beach, cafes and shopping. Great to have the use of pool and gym, onsite cafe and IGA. The apartment was sunny, very tidy with great views. Fantastic bed which made for great sleeps.

I stayed a week with my young daughter and we loved the well kept, very clean apartment, the pool on Level 1 (so lovely and warm) and the convenience of an IGA on ground floor. We’d definitely stay again.

A perfect week stay

Absolutely fantastic stay, very comfortable and well equipped with unexpected extras. Lovely warm pool and spa and access to well equipped gym. Host was great communicate with and every accommodating. Great location with an excellent cafe on the 1st level serving the best coffee in the area. Added bonus with an on-site IGA. Only suggestion would be a small side table in the bedroom to leave IPad and book etc but didn’t impact overall stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great Place to stay

Had everything we needed. Property owners even provided a good supply of washing powder, dishwasher tabs and extra supplies of toilet rolls and bin bags; things which in other properties we’ve had to supply ourselves. Property is on a good and regular bus route down to Sandringham where you can catch trains (about every 15 minutes) to Brighton Beach and Middle Brighton (both well worth visiting) as well as other towns and to the city. Using the MYKI card for buses, trams and trains it was easy to get around. The apartments are well maintained and there’s an IGA store on the ground floor which, whilst more expensive than your supermarkets, is useful should you run out of supplies. There’s also an ALDI about a 15 minute walk up the road. We had a problem with the lock on the front door but the property manager contacted us straight back and arranged for it to be fixed that night. Any queries we had were always speedily responded to. We’ll definitely be back.

Stayz sucks

The property was great and of great quality However that experience has been severely damaged by Stayz Plus Plus Plus policy where the price you agree to is bumped by compulsory ‘Holding Deposit’ Which they say will be refunded between 2 and 7 days after vacancy I am still waiting to see any of that money 12 days after vacating Feeling ripped out

Amazing stay, very homely

Sandy Hills is an amazing place to stay. The pool, hot tub and gym are great, and the cafe and the IGA store downstairs are very handy. The apartment was very clean and very homely, the views of the city were great and the balcony is the perfect place for a late afternoon drink in the sun!
