Just a short 7-minute stroll (600m) to the front beach, a 13-minute walk to the Sorrento Couta Sailing Club, or 15 minutes to Sorrento Village, this location truly has it all!
This location is perfect for holidaymakers seeking a genuine beach holiday escape in Sorrento. This classic brick and weatherboard home, recently updated with a fresh coat of paint and new furnishings, offers comfort with sought after amenities like a solar-heated pool and a full-sized tennis court. Families and friends will find plenty to do, and the beach is just a short walk away.
Ground level features three bedrooms, including two with Queen beds and two with Single bunk beds. Thereâs one bathroom and a separate toilet. The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area is comfortable with a gas fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and an extendable dining table that seats up to 10. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hot plates, refrigerator, pod coffee machine, and a small island bench with stools. Outside, youâll find an undercover dining area with a table and chairs for alfresco meals, plus a weber BBQ and an additional outdoor table and chairs for larger gatherings or multiple family groups.
