Portsea Beach Haven with Hot Tub
With beautifully landscaped gardens, fabulous and secure fencing this is the perfect haven to escape to for a wonderful Peninsula escape.
The outdoor areas are fabulous.
At the rear of the property, the outdoor space features a BBQ with a gorgeous wooden tub and outdoor dining area with a large cantilever umbrella for shade. In addition, the kitchen has a servery window for easy access to the outdoor dining and BBQ area, while the other patio tempts with plush outdoor lounge furniture and a shady umbrellaâa perfect spot for lazy afternoons and for watching magnificent sunsets.
Both of the outdoor areas are access via large glass sliding doors and when they are all open, they open up the property into one large entertaining area.
The kitchen, which is the heart of the home has been newly renovated and features a breakfast bar, fridge with refrigerated water, coffee machine (requires beans), wine fridge and dishwasher. There is also a new state-of-the-art oven with air fryer feature.
The three bedrooms comprise of:
1 x Queen bedroom with gorgeous ensuite with underfloor heating (Sleeps 2)
1 x Queen bedroom (Sleeps 2)
2 x Bunks (Sleeps 4)
1 Sofa bed in small lounge room (sleeps 2)
Total guests - 10 made up of children and adults.
We provide all your linen and towels during your stay however we do kindly request you bring your own beach/spa towels.
The property has so many features including:
2 living rooms both with smart TVs.
A fabulous games room for all to enjoy with pool table, fuzzball game, table tennis and basketball arcade style game.
A gorgeous hot tub to relax and enjoy all year round.
The property includes central heating and there are air conditioners in lounge rooms and in each bedroom.
There is also a laundry with washing machine, dryer and separate toilet.
Plus another fully renovated bathroom, again with under floor heating, with toilet, shower and bathtub.
There is ample parking onsite.
Both master bedrooms can be accessed by large glass sliding doors to the outdoor entertaining areas.
