Upon entering, you'll find a warm and inviting living space with a gas fireplace to cozy up to during the cooler months. Air conditioning ensures comfort all year round. The decor is a blend of modern luxury and beachside comfort, creating a perfect atmosphere for a memorable stay.

Upstairs:
The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining space provides the perfect setting for shared meals and laughter. With ample seating, it's ideal for group gatherings. Cosy fireplace for the chilly nights and stunning views across the Bay.
The master bedroom, featuring a luxurious Queen bed and a private ensuite for added convenience and privacy.

Downstairs, you'll discover two tastefully decorated bedrooms, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. A well-appointed family bathroom caters to these rooms. The living room boasts a Smart TV for your entertainment needs.

We welcome bookings from guests that are happy to abide by our strict no party policy which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm move inside with no noise to neighbours. This is now council law for short term rentals in the Mornington Peninsula area.

We understand that pets are part of the family, and well-behaved furry friends are more than welcome to join you on your stay (with prior approval).

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones
