1. Every group must sign a terms of agreement for the booking as sent by Lively Properties

2. For non-airbnb bookings, a security deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.

3. Absolutely no parties or unapproved gatherings at any time

4. Loud music cannot be played at any time to maintain good relations with neighbours. Fines may apply for disturbances. The property is monitored by Noise Alarms.

5. No bucks, hens or schoolies bookings accepted. Please respect this policy.

6. Bookings from groups under the age of 28 are not permitted

7. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the property

8. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.

9. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 15.

CANCELLATION POLICY: When booked through our site 'Lively Properties', we can offer a 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check in
