Perfectly positioned to Sorrento's spoils, this four-bedroom single-level home sleeping 8 guests, with wide weatherboard, render, and cladding facade leaving a lasting impression. The generous corner allotment, with exclusive access via Julia Grove, offers both privacy and prestige.
A north-facing alfresco deck captures the all-day sun, forming the perfect setting for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or a quiet afternoon with a book while the kids play in the secure garden. Three living areas, including a games room, offer ample room to relax, with a wood fire ready for cooler nights and a smart TV, books, and entertainment for all ages. Each space is designed to connect to the gardens, including the central gourmet kitchen, primed for easy entertaining, featuring premium electric appliances, a dishwasher, a large island bench, and a coffee machine for slow starts to the day. Gather around the eight-seater dining table or move outside to enjoy a BBQ as the sun sets.
Four bedrooms cater to families and groups, with two king-sized and two queen-sized rooms, including two with ensuite bathrooms. The main suite is a highlight, with a dual vanity ensuite, and a separate, indulgent spa bath overlooking the garden for the ultimate wind-down. Thereâs also a stylish central bathroom and a powder room.
Positioned just 300m from the ocean beach, walking trails lead down to the picturesque shore of Diamond Bay and within a five-minute walk to St. Pauls General Store for morning coffee and breakfast. For families, itâs only minutes from Tuckey Track Tennis Courts, which also leads to the front beach and foreshore. Itâs also close to Sorrento Golf Course and is an ideal base to begin your day at the beach before you spend the afternoon exploring the many wineries, farm gates and boutique villages of the hinterland, all nearby.
