Sleeping 6 guests and offering the most stunning gardens with picture perfect lawn for kids to play and explore as well as trampoline & cubby house and being fully enclosed behind electric gates, perfect for young children to be entertained. This clever design offers complete privacy from the surrounding properties and is bathed in sun all day.
Downstairs is the formal entry, featuring high vaulted ceilings above the lounge with master bed, walk-in robe and modern tiled ensuite. A further 2 oversized bedrooms with built in robes, full family bathroom with bath and separate laundry. The lounge opens onto a spacious outdoor deck that overlooks a stunning leafy courtyard with lighting to provide a relaxing ambiance at night.
Upstairs features an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, with views of the coastal reserve through to Main Ridge. Outdoor decking on both the north and south affords protection from the ever-changing elements and is also the perfect vantage point to catch the stunning sunsets in the evening. Off the main living area is a butlerâs pantry and separate powder room.
Further features include gas ducted heating, reverse cycle air conditioning systems, BBQ and alfresco dining. This property is truly unbeatable and is just a stone's throw away from the Sorrento main street, you'll have easy access to shops, cafes, and local amenities, any time of day. And, of course, the beaches are within reach, inviting you to take leisurely strolls, bask in the sun, or indulge in water activities.
