This pet friendly, single level, stylish villa, privately set in an idyllic location close to the heart of Sorrento is the ultimate in luxury holiday living. Perfectly positioned on an elevated site only 10 minutesâ walk to Sullivan Bay, Sorrento Bay Beach and Bay Trails and only a short drive or leisurely stroll to Sorrento's upmarket shopping strip, this modern villa has everything desirable for the discerning traveller. Completely private and elevated capturing sea breezes and the enjoyment of outdoor entertaining from both living rooms to the barbecue and spa deck.
Kunahara is contemporarily furnished and includes a front spacious lounge on entry, gas fire place, chaise lounge suite and large plasma TV with Netflix and apps. The open plan chefs kitchen, living and dining with vaulted ceilings, located at the rear of the property opens onto the ultimate light, indoor /outdoor flow overlooking the spa deck complete with a large chaise lounge and spacious al fresco dining and BBQ. Chic finishings in each room, a second living space with large smart TV, spacious carpeted bedrooms and large open plan kitchen, living and dining create the perfect holiday retreat.
This relaxing holiday environment is enhanced by the addition of a fully fenced spa and exclusive guest access to the Settlers' Cove Tennis Courts only 2 minutesâ walk from the house to Tuckey Track Reserve.
Additional features include: gas fireplace off street parking for 2 cars, split system reverse cycle heating/cooling the open plan kitchen/living/dining and second living room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, Wireless internet, Smart TV's, Coffee Machine, amenities for young families and a large fully fenced yard.
Pets: Small dogs are welcome and must be advised they are accompanying you upon booking.
Local amenities: A short stroll from Tideways Beach, Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club and Diamond Bay and with the additional, exclusive membership to the Settlers' Cove Tennis Courts.
Bedroom Configuration: Sleeps 10 guests across 7 beds (maximum 8 Adults and 2 Children). Bedroom and bathroom linen are included with your stay. Spare blankets are provided. Portacot and high chair available on request when booking.
